About Drain Relining
Drain Relining provides CCTV surveys, internal pipe repairs and drain replacement for homes and commercial properties. We investigate damaged drainage and use the findings to decide how it should be repaired. That may mean a patch at one joint, a liner along a longer run or replacement of a collapsed section.
How we choose a drain repair
The condition of the pipe comes first. Relining can avoid opening a driveway or floor where the existing bore remains suitable, but badly displaced sections, collapse and serious fall problems may require excavation. Before work is agreed, we set out the proposed repair, its limits and any realistic alternative.
Drain repairs at occupied properties
We plan chamber access and temporary restrictions on connected facilities around the people using the premises. After the repair, we inspect the completed section and report any separate defect found beyond it. Further work is agreed separately.
