Choosing the right repair for the damaged pipe

Can every damaged drain be relined?

No. Collapse, severe displacement, unsuitable geometry or poor falls may require excavation. CCTV findings show whether an internal repair is suitable.

Does drain relining always avoid excavation?

No. Suitable pipework can often be repaired through existing access, but local excavation may still be needed for access or damage that a liner cannot correct.

Can toilets and sinks be used during relining?

Connected facilities may need to remain out of use while the pipe is prepared and the liner cures. Any temporary restriction is made clear before the repair starts.

How is the completed repair checked?

We inspect the accessible repaired section and affected connections. Any testing specified for the job is reported separately.
